Lego Club

10 - 1pm, Third Sunday of each Month. Join us for a fun and therapeutic Lego-building session hosted by The Therapy wise Foundation and ELSA. Parents can relax with food or drinks nearby while remaining available if needed. Let’s create, share, and enjoy together!
Climate Choir

Di Metcalfe at The Lion Street Gallery

Hay Music: Baroque Alchemy

International recorder player and Red Priest frontman Piers Adams - described in the Washington Post as “the leading recorder virtuoso in the world today” - joins forces with multi-talented keyboardist Lyndy Mayle in an extraordinary ‘electro-baroque fusion’.
50 Years of Fender

Doors open 7pm, Start 7:30. Spanning the instrument’s most important 5 decades, and featuring music from the likes of Bon Jovi, Dire Straits, Buddy Holly and many more alike, 50 Years of Fender will have the dancers in the aisles and the guitar fans mesmerised.

Hay Festival 2025
22nd May to 1st June

Wye Valley Walk Guided Walk

Erwood to Hay-on-Wye Guided Walk . Enjoy peaceful riverside walking on this 14 mile walk along gorgeous stretches of the Wye with views to the Black Mountains and visiting St. Meilig's Church in Llowes before arriving in Hay.
Laura van der Heijden and Jâms Coleman

Admired for her captivating sonority and creative programming, Laura van der Heijden is one of the leading cellists of her generation. For this, our opening 2025 concert at Dore Abbey, Laura is joined by the acclaimed Welsh pianist Jâms Coleman to perform works by Debussy, Franck, Clarke and Bonis.
Emma Johnson & The Gildas Quartet

Internationally acclaimed solo clarinettist, recording artist, composer and lecturer Emma Johnson is joined by the thrilling Gildas Quartet for an evening of music by Glazunov, Shostakovitch, Mozart and Emma Johnson herself.
Concerts for Craswall: Trio Lalique

Bringing our weekend of music to a close are the sensational Trio Lalique. Described as possessing “extraordinary musical artistry and charisma”, this dynamic ensemble of pianist Ilya Kondratiev, violinist Yuri Kalnits and cellist Julia Morneweg, will perform works by Beethoven, Bernstein and Ravel.
Wye Valley Walk Guided Walk
29th June
Hay-on-Wye to Bredwardine Guided Walk - 8.5 miles. A lovely mix of field walking, quiet country lanes, riverside stretches & panoramic views from Merbach Hill before arriving in Bredwardine where the 19th century nature diarist Francis Kilvert is buried.
